Return and Refund Policy

At Artemisy, we aim for 100% customer satisfaction. Therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return and refund, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging.
  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

Return Procedure

  1. Return Request: First, contact us via info@artemisy.com to request a return. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.
  2. Return Instructions: Follow the instructions provided by us after your return request.
  3. Shipping of Return: Send the product back to us as per the received instructions. Ensure the product is well-packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds

  • Approval: We will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, you will automatically receive your money back via your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Processing: Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • Contact: If more than 15 business days have passed since the approval of your return and you have not received your refund yet, please contact us via info@artemisy.com.

Return Label

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to arrange and cover the cost of returning the item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Restocking fee

We are pleased to announce that we do not charge a restocking fee for returned items. Our goal is to make your shopping experience as hassle-free as possible and to ensure you are satisfied with every purchase.

Change of Mind:

If you no longer want the item, you can return it. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility.The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

Defective Product:

If you received a defective item, we’ll cover the return shipping. Please contact customer service right away to arrange the return.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we don't accept the exchange of your items. You can however always return your items within 30 days and place a new order.

Cancellation

Once an order has been placed, it is not possible to cancel. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
